High-Throughput Logistics API Integration with Big Corporate Clients (3PL System)
- Reduced manual order processing and improved synchronization reliability between systems, enabling real-time shipment tracking for customers.

API Hold to Cancel
Designed and implemented a “Cancel to Hold” API endpoint to allow clients to temporarily stop shipment processing in real-time.
- When triggered, the system automatically updates shipment status to HOLD and halts its logistics journey until further confirmation is received from the client.
- This feature provides operational flexibility for clients to handle last-minute changes, such as incorrect orders, address issues, or fraud prevention.
Secure Webhook Integration for Banking Clients
Designed and implemented secure webhook integrations for banking clients, ensuring reliable and real-time data exchange between systems.
Beyond implementing client API requirements, I was responsible for enforcing security standards, validating incoming requests, and ensuring data integrity across all integrations.

Developed and maintained webhook integrations to receive real-time shipment tracking updates from multiple logistics vendors, including J&T Express, ID Express, and Pos Indonesia.
Designed a unified processing layer to normalize and standardize tracking data from different vendor formats into a consistent internal system.
